Rotary Club of Fenelon Falls Classic Car Draw Sells Out For First Time Since 2002

Submitted by Randy Johnson

The Rotary Club of Fenelon Falls Classic Car Draw was a sell-out for the first time since 2002.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all who have made this year a success for us.

We had to postpone the last 2 draws for $500.00 due to COVID-19 but we did make them with Gary Chambers from Port Dover, Ontario and Gregory Turner from Conquerall Banks, Nova Scotia each winning prizes.

We were able to hold the draw for the 1970 Dodge Challenger early this year due to the sell-out and Doug Simkins of Owen Sound, Ontario is the big winner. He was really happy to get the call late at night telling him he had won.

The Rotary Club of Fenelon Falls is now beginning to sell tickets on a 1969 Plymouth Road Runner convertible. The car now has a 440 engine with a 4 speed. A real nice car that would look good in anyone's driveway.

Check our website www.rotarycardraw.com for ticket locations in the area or submit the order form online.

The Rotary Club of Fenelon Falls would also like to advise that since March 2020 when we had to suspend any meetings we have been able to donate $9,500.00 to locale food banks and make donations to the local schools for the graduating classes.
