Richwood Contracting is family owned and operated by Rick and Sue Ferguson. We have been in business in Durham Region for over 25 years.

Rick is a journeyman carpenter schooled at a well-known trade college in Toronto. Since 1986 Rick has developed extensive construction knowledge and experience through his profession. Throughout his career Rick has brought forward a high expectation of quality workmanship and dedication to his clients. Rick has developed a significant referral business base throughout his career .

Sue has been in Sales Management for over 30 years with some of the top Consumer and Packaged Goods companies, and together with Rick she has been working with Mirage Screens for over 11 years. Sue recently joined the business to help us grow and provide our customers the best service and quality possible.

Richwood is also enjoying its 12th season representing Mirage Screen Systems as an authorized dealer. The retractable screen concept is one that when not in use retracts and stores at the side of your opening thus not blocking the appearance of your entrance system. While in use the system offers enhanced natural flow through draft when pulled across the opening. This all adds up to energy conservation and cost saving for our clients.
