Celebrate Kawartha Lakes entrepreneurs at the Starter Company PLUS Showcase and Market
The Kawartha Lakes Small Business Centre’s Starter Company PLUS Showcase and Market will take place on February 20, 2024 from 3:30 to 6pm at The Lindsay Lounge, located at 68 Mclaughin Rd, Unit 5 in Lindsay.
This event will highlight the achievements and innovative products and services of entrepreneurs who have successfully completed the Starter Company PLUS Program. This program, a cornerstone of the Kawartha Lakes Small Business Centre (SBC), supports budding entrepreneurs in launching and expanding their businesses.
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to explore a diverse collection of products and services offered by these local businesses:
Brouwer Bake Shop - Hannah Brouwer’s venture specializes in custom cakes and baked goods.
Harcourt Marina - Deanne Taenzer’s marina and marketplace.
Haus Simply - home organization and design by Amanda Runge.
Homespun Alchemy - Barbara Jones offers quality handmade preserves, artisan soaps and fibre art products.
Kawartha Lakes Shuttle Service - Steven Slack’s service provides dependable shuttle transportation, ensuring convenient travel across the region.
Lindsay Blinds - Marc Bilz offers custom blinds and shades, adding elegance and functionality to any space.
Muster Point - Danielle Malcolm offers grazing boxes, food service trailer, catering and bartending services.
Natural Doula - Sharon Johnson is a Doula and family photographer.
Perspective by Peel - Scott Peel captures stunning videos and photographs for businesses, enhancing their visual storytelling.
Reveal Upholstery - Aimee White’s re-upholstery services.
Springboard Grants and Consulting - Kirsten Scott’s grants and consulting services.
