Fenelon Falls Turkey Trot

The annual Fenelon Falls Turkey Trot is scheduled for Saturday, October 11th, at 10 am at Garnet Graham Park in Fenelon Falls, Ontario.

This is a totally inclusive event along the Kawartha Rail Trail. It features a 5k, &10 run for youth and adults, and a 1k run walk for kids and families.

All participants receive a custom bib# with their name, high-quality custom cotton T-shirt, wooden finishers medal and post-race food.

Overall winners in the open and masters categories will be eligible for $3700 in total cash prizes.

The top three age group participants will win wooden medals in 5-year age groups up to 80+.

Great race atmosphere including recorded music, pre-race warm up, participant names called out at the finisher line, post-race massage, along with lots of great food and draw prizes.

The event began in 2016 and has grown substantially in recent years.

We will sell out this year at 500 participants, so register early to avoid disappointment, adds Race Director David Robinson, who took over the event in 2022.

Fenelon Falls is a quaint little village 90 minutes northeast of Toronto.

Come for the run and stay for the great shops and restaurants, and the fall colours.

It is a great way to celebrate the Thanksgiving long weekend.

The Fenelon Falls Turkey Trot will make a donation to Women’s Resources, an organization that assists women and children at risk, as well as Rainbow Railroad, a worldwide organization that supports LGBTQ people at risk.
