Fenelon Trails Public Info Session

 As you travel north on County Road 121 out of Fenelon Falls you may have seen signs for “Fenelon Trails”. Applications relating to this parcel of land have been submitted to the City of Kawartha Lakes for a subdivision development. You are invited to attend the Public Information Session on Tuesday, November 14th, 2023 - 7:00 pm at the Fenelon Falls Community Centre - 27 Veterans’ Way, Fenelon Falls. 

 The purpose of the information session is to: 

• Notify residents of the submitted applications; 

• Introduce TOR Construction Ltd. to residents; 

• Provide information related to the proposed applications; and

• Provide the opportunity for public questions and input. 

Agenda

Representatives from GHD, the planning consultant, will present the planning framework, the amendments being sought and the Draft Plan of Subdivision and a representative of TOR Construction Ltd. will be in attendance to discuss the proposed development and respond to questions.

Information gathered at the session will be provided to the City of Kawartha Lakes for use in their review of the applications.
