Curious?
Every other week or so, the BROUHAHA team hosts a Pop-up Happy Hour with some dubious reason to gather, at some location in Fenelon Falls, paired with a suitable drink (occasionally alcoholic). We’ve sent postcards, talked trees, learned knots… You bring a mug, maybe a small material fee when needed, and a sense of curiosity and neighbourliness.
We’re holding it at the inconvenient hour of 5:00 - 6:00 pm, when you should be preparing dinner, reading the mail, scrolling through what you’ve missed so far in the day. But just this once (every few weeks), wouldn’t it be more fun to make a new connection or two, eye to eye, with people who may even share an interest?
Why BROUHAHA? Because it sounds funny despite what the Oxford English Dictionary says about it. Our next BROUHAHA will be on November 23. Watch this space for details along with Brouhaha Happenings on Facebook and Instagram.
