May long weekend is here and Fenelon Falls is bursting with exciting events on top of all our great shopping and dining experiences! Here’s a few ideas to start your planning:

Opening this weekend!

Friday: 

  • Fenelon Falls Farmers’ Market at the corner of John and Bond Street - 9 am to 2 pm 

  • Open Mic Night at The Locker at the Falls - 7:30 pm 

  • Mini + Me Paint and Sip hosted by Sugar Baby Wellness - 5:30 pm 

Saturday:

  • Yard Sale and Indoor Plant Sale at the Seniors Centre - 58 Murray Street @ 8:00 am

  • Spring Party at Maryboro Lodge (50 Oak Street) - full day of activities starting at 10am 

  • Market day at A Wee Tree Farm located at 225 Wrenhave Rd - 8:00 am 

  • Kawartha ATV pop up shop in the staging lot by Superior Propane,Parking lot 1 (P1) in the KATVA trails map 

  • Victoria Day BBQ at the Fenelon Falls Legion (23 Veterans’ Way) - 11 am in support of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Kawartha Lakes-Haliburton 

  • Live music at The Locker at the Falls (9 Lindsay Street)  - 7:00 pm 

  • East End Electric Records (14 Oak Street) - Event opening With this body: A journey Through Art - 7:00 pm 

Attractions and activities you can visit all weekend long: 

  • Savour a delicious meal on any of the great patios and restaurants

  • Shop our beautiful downtown and discover our newly opened stores

  • Garnet Graham Park is a beautiful place to have a picnic or go for a walk 

  • Enjoy the Rail trail and cycling routes near Fenelon Falls, stop by the Tourism office to pick up a map

  • Check out the boats going through Lock 34 

  • Explore the downtown sculpture exhibits on Colborne Street
