Fenelon Falls Senior Citizens’ Club Announces Winner of Second 50/50
The Fenelon Falls Senior Citizens’ Club is thrilled to announce Susan Cogar as the lucky winner of $695 in the second 50/50 Draw, drawn by Steve Strangway and presented by Jean Smith on March 8th, at the building at 58 Murray Street in Fenelon Falls.
HKPRDHU Urges Continued Use of Prevention Measures as Provincial Mask Mandate Lifts
The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit (HKRPDHU) would like to strongly encourage residents to remain cautious and to continue to practice preventative measures against the spread of COVID-19 as the provincial mask mandate lifts on March 21, 2022.

KLAC Annual Art Show and Sale Returns in Bold New Location
The Kawartha Lakes Arts Council (KLAC) is pleased to announce that the Made in Kawartha Lakes (MIKL) Show & Sale, the organization’s premier event, is returning after a two-year hiatus. The last MIKL was in Fenelon Falls in November 2019 before COVID-19 disrupted large events and public gatherings.

Spring 2022 Program Registration Begins March 22
The Parks and Recreation Division is pleased to offer a variety of aquatics, fitness and leisure programs for all ages and interests this spring. Registration for the spring session will take place exclusively online through the Kawartha Lakes Online Program Registration website starting Tuesday March 22 at 9am. Pre-registration will be required for all programs.

We are back to begin our 2022 season of meetings, and want to invite you to participate in our upcoming March meeting about “Rewilding Landscapes”. This first meeting will be via ZOOM and you will need to sign up for it, but all other meetings this year are planned to be in-person meetings, as long as Covid numbers remain low.

Fantastic support for Kinsmen TV Bingo benefits patient care at RMH
The Kinsmen Club of Lindsay is advancing its mission to serve the community’s greatest need with a milestone donation to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation. Today, members of the Kinsmen Club presented a donation of $50,000 to Erin Coons, RMH Foundation CEO, to support the cost of medical equipment and technology that are not covered by provincial funding.
