Introducing Poetry Nights

Since our would-be inaugural Poetry Nights event was cancelled due to thunderstorms and heavy rains, we are very much looking forward to having our first event on Tuesday, August 18th. Spaces are filling up quickly so be sure to email the committee to reserve your spot!

Join us to share your favourite poems, with the freedom to read original poetry or your favourite pieces from other poets, or come just to listen and appreciate.

The summer session of Poetry Nights events will be hosted biweekly on the outdoor patio space at The Book Lady (24 Market Street) from 7:00 - 8:30 pm. Mark the following dates in your calendar and come join the fun:
August 18th
September 1st
September 15th
September 29th

Participation in Poetry Nights is free, with donations to the committee and venue host accepted. Refreshments will also be available to purchase.

Seating is limited, so please email poetrynights@artlover.com to reserve your spot for whichever night(s) you wish to participate.
