We are finally en route to normalcy here in Fenelon Falls. On Friday June 11th patios began to reopen and I think I speak for everyone when I say that we have all been overwhelmed with excitement. This article will serve as a strategic guide to patio hopping in Fenelon Falls and how to make the most of your experience… based on my experience!

Let's begin the patio hop journey at That Place on Cameron. There are 2 reasons for this. The first is because you will start by doing the long walks at the beginning. Best to get them over with. The second being that the first patio you go to this summer should really blow your socks off. This location does just that! With a beautiful view of Cameron Lake, awesome service, great food, and delicious drinks, That Place is THE place to be!
Drink of Choice: Crisp Beligian Moon with an Orange Slice for Garnish

Moving on we have The Locker at the Falls.With more breathtaking views of the Falls, and Sturgeon Lake. They rocked takeout, and they are rocking the patio season even more. Every time you cross that bridge, that place is FULL. Make sure you book ahead. This is not a spot you will want to miss.

Let’s cross the bridge and walk up the right side of Colborne Street to On the Lock’s parking lot party! Take a right at The Red Apple and you won’t miss it. On the Locks has set up the perfect patio behind their location. It's private, it's comfortable, it's delicious!
Drink of Choice: Hot Chocolate Mocha … with a splash of Bailey’s

Next up we are headed to Ziraldo’s Italian Restaurant. This patio will make you feel like you are on vacation. It is shaded and the vines along the brick wall are absolutely picture perfect. You might just be here for a good time and a long time. With incredible dishes and new drink specials weekly, you are sure to leave impressed, and very full!

Oh hello Murphy’s Lockside! Have we ever missed you. With the most incredible staff, pristine location for boat watching and people watching, and thirst quenching cocktails, Murphy’s has got it and they oughta flaunt it.

The Fenelon Falls Royal Canadian Legion is a hidden gem located at 23 Veterans Way. Their patio is open and they have lunch on the grill from 12-2pm every day. This is a patio you do not want to miss. Get your steps in and make a stop at The Legion for just a pint, or a full bite to eat. You will not be disappointed.
Drink of Choice: Ice cold bottle of beer
Placebo Effect: Gingerale on the rocks!
Let’s cross the street here to our final location, The Fenelon Falls Brewing Co. They have a great patio off the side of the building where you can actually see the beers being made inside. Not only that, if you love what you got, you can purchase retail and beer to-go from their bottle shop. It is a win win!
