United Way Seeking Garden Volunteers!

Calling all green thumbs! 🌿 The United Way of the City of Kawartha Lakes and Haliburton is looking for volunteers to help weed, harvest and maintain Edwin Binney’s Community Garden. The produce from the garden is donated to local programs to fight food insecurity and help feed our community.

Last year, they harvested over 16,000 lbs of produce from Edwin Binney’s Community Garden - want to help them reap an even larger harvest this year?
