Are you a resident of City Kawartha Lakes or Haliburton County? The Kawartha Lakes Haliburton Ontario Health Team is a collaboration of health and social care providers working to improve health access and outcomes in our community and wants to hear from you! 

We are conducting a public survey to better understand the health needs of our region. Your input will play a vital role in improving healthcare for everyone in our community. By sharing your experiences, you can help us create a system that truly meets our residents’ needs.
