From the Fenelon Falls Horticultural Society

We are excited to announce that our guest speaker for August 28th’s meeting is Leanne Harris!  She will be using her expert talents to bring History to Life for us with period costumes and props.  The topic of her presentation is “The Stories Behind Famous Flowers”.    (www.historybyharris.ca for more information).

The meeting will be held at Sturgeon Point Union Church (sturgeonpointchurch.ca), a beautiful octagonal church built in 1915 in the historic village of Sturgeon Point, 121 Irene Avenue, #119, Fenelon Falls, Ontario K0M 1N0.

Refreshments will be served and there will be Gifting for Gardeners!

Please join us for our last “off site” meeting of Summer 2023.  We will be back at the Senior Citizens Club of Fenelon Falls in September!

Fenelon Falls Horticultural Society members attend for free.  Guests, $5.00.  Annual memberships are $20 and are always available at meetings.
