From the Fenelon Falls Horticultural Society: Christmas Decorating Tips
Our October meeting will be held at the Fenelon Falls Senior Citizens’ Club (58 Murray Street, Fenelon Falls) next Monday, October 23rd.
Our Guest speaker will be Penni Holdham, an artist, designer and muralist who, as a Certified Special Event Professional, has hosted hundreds of successful festivals and events workshops in Kawartha Lakes and Northumberland over the years. She was instrumental in the design and installation of the first Seniors Play Park in Canada which we get to enjoy right here in Fenelon Falls!
Penni will be speaking to us about Christmas Decorating and giving us tips to make our spaces beautiful at Christmas. The timing of her presentation will give us not only the motivation to prepare for Christmas but also plenty of time to get her ideas together to decorate our own homes!
Please come to the meeting for 6:45 PM so that you will be able to enjoy some light refreshments and social time before the meeting officially begins at 7:15. As always, members are free and Guests pay $5.00. Memberships for the upcoming 2023-2024 year cost $20 and can be purchased at the table set up by the entrance door.
