Have your say in the future of downtown Fenelon Falls!
Over the last few years Fenelon Falls has seen dramatic growth. From residential developments to business investment, the village is vibrant with new faces, new energy, and new opportunities.
Building off this momentum, a second downtown revitalization project is underway for Fenelon Falls that will strengthen the local economy, engage community leaders & stakeholders, and enrich the quality of life for residents and visitors over the next five years. With the assistance of the Fenelon Falls & District Chamber of Commerce, City of Kawartha Lakes and community volunteers, this downtown revitalization project will build on the successes of the previous project completed in 2022. The latest iteration is called Discover Downtown Fenelon Falls.
Downtown revitalization projects like this one are built on input from the community to ensure the strategic actions taken reflect the needs of the overall population. One way this can be accomplished is gathering information and data from residents in the form of a survey. If you’re a full time or seasonal resident of Fenelon Falls, or from a neighbouring community, we invite you to fill out a Resident Survey as part of the Discover Downtown Fenelon Falls project!
The purpose of the survey is to collect information on the attitudes and opinions of local residents about downtown Fenelon Falls. The survey will measure your current shopping patterns, retail and service needs, and your overall perceptions of downtown Fenelon Falls. It should take between 5-10 minutes to complete, and your responses will be kept anonymous. The survey will be available online until February 15th, 2025.
