Kawartha Lakes Classic Cycling Tour – Aug 24th, 2024
Come out for the ride of your life and join hundreds of cyclists from around the province to ride the 21st Annual Kawartha Lakes Classic Cycling Tour, the best cycling tour in the Kawarthas! All proceeds go to A Place Called Home to support those experiencing homelessness in the City of Kawartha Lakes and Haliburton County.
This year’s exciting event features a new venue, three new scenic and fully supported road routes (50 km, 100 km, 160 km) and two trail routes (20 km and 40 km), all carefully designed by our Route Master from the Kawartha Cycling Club.
Refreshments and rest rooms are offered at all five available rest stops. Our title sponsor, Boston Pizza- Lindsay will be providing a complimentary hot penne pasta lunch with meat, vegetarian and gluten free options with a Caesar salad. Musical entertainment will be provided by Westerby’s Entertainment. Cyclists who donate or fundraise $200.00 or more will receive a free Biemme event jersey.
This event is great for families and cycling enthusiasts as we have a route to suit all skill levels.
