Ontario Disc Golf 2024

Disc Golf is one of the fastest growing sports in the world! It is an outdoor game, requiring very little equipment and is often played for free in city parks and green spaces around the world. Played like ball golf, the goal of disc golf is to throw as few times as possible from a tee pad into a target basket. This sport does not purely rely on strength or athleticism, which makes it accessible for seniors, men, women, and children. Nation-wide there are 707 Disc Golf courses in Canada with 455 leagues and growing!

We are a private disc golf course with our focus on the fact that our property is a dedicated disc  golf course. We do not charge a fee for playing this course and only accept donations as we feel it makes the course more inclusive by selecting this format.

On Saturday, August 31, 2024, and Sunday, September 1st, 2024, we are planning to have our  very first Disc Golf Tournament for amateur disc golf players! We will be attracting over 100  people to enter this event which will bring more business to Fenelon Falls restaurants, gas  stations, grocery stores and retail stores in the area. We hope you will join us on this venture!!

We are looking for local sponsorship partners to help us grow the sport. We request your  sponsorship for this event so we can keep registration fees low enough to entice new disc  golfers to attend this wonderful event. 100% of sponsorship fees will go towards offsetting the  cost of players packs, snacks, washroom facilities, and the purchasing of awards.

We appreciate your time in looking through this information, and your thoughtful consideration  in sponsoring us with this event. We would be happy to provide you with any additional  information you might require.

Thank you for your consideration,

Kelly & Yvonne McShane
