You’re Invited to the Pedestrian Crossing Public Meeting

The Fenelon Falls & District Chamber of Commerce invites residents, businesses, and community stakeholders to attend a public meeting on the proposed pedestrian crossing over the Fenelon River.

For many years, improving pedestrian connectivity has been a community priority. As Fenelon Falls continues to grow as a vibrant place to live, work, and visit, safe and accessible active transportation routes are becoming increasingly important. A pedestrian crossing would help connect key destinations, improve walkability, enhance accessibility, and provide another safe option for residents and visitors to enjoy everything our downtown and waterfront have to offer.

The evening will provide an opportunity to learn more about the proposed design and location of the crossing from Planmac Engineering Inc., ask questions during a moderated Q&A, and review the project plans during an open house.

Everyone is encouraged to attend and be part of the conversation.
