2021 TC Photo Contest Winners

Here we go again … April 2021 is looking a lot like April 2020. After a full year of COVID, our downtown small businesses have the virtual and contact-free shopping experience down to a science. Thankfully Marylee and I were able to get out in the sun and shop the village one last time before the stay at home order commences.

This April is sure to be one like I have never experienced in my life. First thing we are hoping for is that everyone out in the world is taking care of themselves and their family. These are definitely different times for all of humankind. One thing that hasn't changed is that our Spring lines have come in and were delivered before the lockdown. Great colours and refreshing patterns, styles, and cuts. We can ship via Canada Post or deliver in the area, or you can do a curbside pick-up.

We want to thank everyone who came out for our Cupcake Days last weekend. Especially to our baker, Joanne, from The Little Pie Shack who baked 8 dozen delicious cupcakes. The donation box I’m am holding is full of money and we’ll let you know how much was raised when the Humane Society counts it. Thank you for helping the animals Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes because not every dog is as spoiled as ours.
