Tour Fenelon's Newest Fitness Facility This Saturday

Heather and Ryan Wilbee’s She Shed has come a long way from its humble beginnings as a gym in their garage. As demand for Heather’s personal training and group fitness classes grew, the business expanded from a renovated workshop on Wychwood Blvd to its current home at 65 Lindsay Street.

“I was in a bad spot mentally during COVID, which I think a lot of people were,” says Heather. “I knew working out made me feel better, but I also needed that sense of community and connection. I thought maybe other women needed that too.”

Heather and Ryan were right. What began as a women-focused fitness community has grown into The Workout Shed, an inclusive gym that welcomes everyone.

The Workout Shed offers a boutique fitness experience featuring brand-new, industry-leading equipment, personal training, and a variety of group fitness classes. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to take your training to the next level, there’s something for everyone.

The Workout Shed will host an Open House on Saturday, June 13, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will give visitors an opportunity to tour the facility, meet the trainers and instructors, enjoy a barbecue, and learn more about available memberships and programs. Guests can also take in a Zumba demonstration led by Ryan.

Fenelon Falls has long been waiting for a modern fitness facility, and that vision has finally become a reality. Stop by this Saturday and discover how The Workout Shed can help you achieve your fitness goals.
