KORMA Ladies Thrill and Chill Ride
Ladies, it’s time to ride! Join us for the first KORMA Thrill and Chill Ride through the breathtaking scenery and world-class trails of Somerville Forest in Kinmount, Ontario. Whether you are a novice, intermediate, or advanced rider, the Thrill and Chill Ride will leave you with hours of exhilaration and notable accomplishments.
This womens-only event is a social, fun, and casual event with challenges for all skill levels in a positive and supportive setting. The event includes lunch, a Thrill and Chill Ride shirt, and lasting friendships. This is an event you do not want to miss.
For novice riders, the Somerville Forest is home to flowing, smooth, and surreal single track riding. For our more advanced riders, the southern forest and fringes of the northern forest offer challenging areas of exposed rock, stream crossings, and elevation changes.

COST: $25.00 (includes lunch and Thrill and Chill Ride shirt)
8:30 to 9:30: Registration and introductions at the Kinmount Farmer’s Market 9:30 to 12:30: Somerville Forest North (Novice and Intermediate guided rides). 12:30 to 2:00: LUNCH (provided)
2:00 to 4:00: (OPTIONAL): Small group freerides with guide over selective terrain in Somerville Forest South

When registering, please select “NOVICE” or “INTERMEDIATE” to assist us in grouping riders.
“NOVICE” = Competence with clutch control, the ability to overcome small (12” or smaller) obstacles on the trial (logs, rocks) and small ascents and descents. The approximate distance of the novice ride group will be 20-30km (or more if you want!) .
“INTERMEDIATE” = Good clutch control, the ability to overcome medium to large obstacles, comfortable in rocky, muddy, or sandy terrain, capable and eager to tackle challenging hill climbs and descents, water crossings, logs, and other obstacles. The approximate distance of the novice ride group will be 30-60km.
