Rotary Club of Fenelon Falls Cleans Up

The Rotary Club of Fenelon Falls recently walked the road along Helen Street from the Marina to Highway 35 picking up litter from the side of the roadway.  

The trash was taken to the landfill where it was weighed, for a total of 110 kgs - 25 bags.

In addition to the garbage, a major concern of members was the large amount of beer cans picked up between between Highway 35 and Fenelon West Storage; please remember that drinking and driving is a serious incident that can cause harm to our community.
