Introduction to Digital Photography course coming to Fenelon Falls
The Kawartha Lakes Parks and Recreation Division will be offering an Introduction to Digital Photography Course this spring at the Fenelon Falls Community Centre.
UNIQUE ART SHOW: AN ARTFUL LEGACY
Something very special is coming to the Kawarthas. Three proudly Ukrainian-Canadian siblings are holding a joint art show and sale July 30-31 in Fenelon Falls. The adult children of prolific painter Lillian Nesdoly were inspired by her creativity to take up their own artistic tools in tribute to her lasting legacy. Three siblings, three different approaches to art.
Open House at the Fenelon Falls Tennis Club!
The Fenelon Falls Tennis Club (FFTC) are having an Open House on Saturday, May 28th from 10am to 2pm. The Ontario Tennis Association will be there with their “smash” cage, HiSports will have tennis equipment available for sale and a free BBQ will be offered for all attendees.
Family Day 2022 Public Skating
The Parks and Recreation Division will offer a variety of Public Skating opportunities on Monday February 22 for Family Day. Pre-registration is required through the Online Program Registration website for all Public Skate times. Limited space is available. Click read more to view the skate times and locations.
First Dose, Walk-In Times Now Available in July For HKPR Residents Who Want COVID-19 Vaccines
If you have not yet received your first COVID-19 vaccine, new walk-in times at Health Unit clinics are designed with you in mind.
Starting this week, the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit will be providing first-dose, walk-in times at its mass immunization sites in Cobourg and Fenelon Falls. The clinics are open to anyone who is 12 years of age and older and has not received a COVID-19 vaccine.

We want to remind you that it is still too soon to be cleaning up your gardens!
The pollinators overwintering in the stems and debris of last fall’s greenery are not ready to emerge yet - - it is not warm enough for them to survive. It is frustrating to see your gardens needing care and not getting the work done during this nice weather, but until the days and nights are over 10C it is too early. It won’t be long now. Stay patient!
