International Women’s Day in Kawartha Lakes
The International Women’s Day (IWD) flag has been raised outside Kawartha Lakes City Hall in Lindsay and will remain up until the end of the week. The global IWD theme this year is Embrace Equity.

Tourism Ambassadors, Then + Now: Hannah Gray
Over the years the Chamber of Commerce Tourism Office has been home to a number of fantastic summer students. The role of the summer students is so important we created the Tourism Ambassador program to make the most of their talents as they showcase our community, so we wanted to launch a new Town Crier feature where we catch up with our former students. Proud Announcement from St James Anglican Church
St. James Anglican Church, Fenelon Falls and the Digital Museums Canada are proud to announce the completion of a joint project. St. James received a grant to tell the story of Anne Langton and her part in the history of St. James the Apostle Anglican Church. The exhibition is now streaming on the Digital Museums Canada website.
