Spring into Gardening Sale
We know that gardening may not be foremost on your minds, but the Fenelon Falls Horticultural Society will be holding its annual “Spring Into Gardening” Plant Sale on Saturday, May 27th, 2023, from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. We are looking for local vendors to join us for this event.
Strathcona Cup 2023
The Fenelon Falls Curling Club had the great honour of being part of the 120th “Scots Tour to Canada – Strathcona Cup” on Sunday, January 22nd. This year fifteen teams (60 Scots) arrived to play 350 games all across Canada. Eighty five curling facilities and 1400 Canadian Curlers will get to play against the Scots.
Victoria County Studio Tour: Call for Entries
Online applications are now being accepted for those wishing to become a member of the 38th Annual Victoria County Studio Tour, Kawartha Lakes. The Tour takes place September 23, 24, 30 and October 1, 2023.

Kawartha Field Naturalists Present a Talk on Invasive Species
We invite you to our first meeting of 2023 - Trent University MSc Candidate Nick Weissflog will be introducing us to a new way of thinking about invasive species! This meeting will be held on Monday January 9th at 7pm at 89 Colborne Street (in the basement of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church) in Fenelon Falls, and is open and free to all interested in attending. The talks will also be paired with coffee/tea and holiday treats!

Scottish Curlers To Play at the Fenelon Falls Curling Club During 2023 Strathcona Cup
Once every 10 years, Canada plays host to the world’s oldest international men’s curling bonspiel, the “Strathcona Cup”. This month-long curling bonspiel brings together 60 male curlers from Scotland to play against Canadians in curling centres across Canada.

Our Annual General Meeting will be at the Senior Citizens Club at 7 P.M. on Monday, November 28th at 58 Murray Street in Fenelon Falls. There will be musical entertainment at the November 28th meeting so please join us for the fun and the singalong! It’s all FREE and everyone is welcome.
Move over gingerbread, it's Banana Baking Contest Time!
Thanks to Sobeys, many of us were treated to free bananas this past Monday, after the store received 100 extra boxes with their shipment. So, I thought a Fenelon Falls Banana Baking Contest would be a fun way to use those bananas! Next Tuesday, November 22nd, please drop off your contest entries to the Cow & Sow between 11am and 7pm. Be sure to fill out the entry form.
