Outdoor Kawartha Launches!
Outdoor Kawartha is a partnership between two local natives with a passion for the outdoors and the Kawartha Lakes. The limited supply of outdoor rental equipment and their dedication to the hospitality industry is what birthed the idea of Outdoor Kawartha.
Rotary Club of Fenelon Falls Cleans Up
The Rotary Club of Fenelon Falls recently walked the road along Helen Street from the Marina to Highway 35 picking up litter from the side of the roadway.
The Fenelon Falls Horticultural Society’s Plant Sale
Our annual plant sale is happening on Sat May 27th from 8am-2pm. There will be so much more than plants to purchase. We have local vendors selling glass art, metal garden art creations, painting art, birdhouses and feeders, red wiggly worm compost bins, fabric art, tomato plants, herbal teas, honey, maple syrup, beverages and mini charcuterie plates and so much more.
Free Music Workshops for Youth Happening this Weekend!
Made in Kawarthas Weekend are pleased to announce TWO FREE MUSIC workshops for youth ages 4-17 this upcoming weekend. Both workshops feature some great Fenelon Falls community groups and volunteers, including “the Fenelon Museum,” “Fenelon Live,” Bev Jeeves and the Bowyer Family. Crayola in Lindsay has provided all art supplies for workshops!
Fenelon Falls Turkey Trot Fun Run/walk joins the Fenelon Chamber of Commerce
Fenelon Falls annual thanksgiving weekend fun run/walk is set for Saturday October 7th 10 am at Garnet Graham Park. The event is in its 6th year and is an opportunity for local folks and visitors from outside the area to take part in some outdoor physical activity on thanksgiving weekend.
