Fenelon Falls Seniors’ Club Invites you to its 50th Anniversary Celebration
The Fenelon Falls Senior Citizens’ Club is celebrating a significant milestone, commemorating 50 years of club operations and service to the community. A special 50th Anniversary party will be held on Wednesday June 22 at their home at 58 Murray Street, Fenelon Falls, and all are invited. Ongoing infrastructure improvements on the street will not impede this special celebration. Please join us.
Globus Theatre’s Summer Performance Camp is Back!
Globus Theatre is hosting 3 weeks of summer camps this year for ages 8 - 16. After the success of last year's Downtown Detective Trail, Globus Theatre is delighted to bring this family friendly activity back. This is an exciting interactive addition to our mainstage murder mystery The Great 44th Fowler's Falls Fall Fair Disaster - and your child could be a part of it!

Fenelon Falls Farmer's Market is Open for the Season!
Now that the market is open at Bond and John St. every Friday until Thanksgiving from 9am – 2pm we hope you will come out and support us for a fun and exciting season. There are a few surprises in store for you this year such as our Canada Day celebration which will run both Friday and Saturday with free kettle corn, mini muffins, mini cupcakes, magic bean plants and free tickets to a draw for a gift basket valued at over $200.00.

Welcome to 52 Weeks of Fenelon Fun - An immersive community experience, brought to you by Grr8 Finds Markets and the Chamber of Commerce. Kawartha Yarn and Fibre Festival is designed specifically for knitters, crochet ears, spinners, and other fibre artists. It is a one day festival held on Saturday June 11, 2022.

Over the weekend of June 10-12, 2022 60 people will gather in Fenelon Falls to celebrate 52 years since our graduation from Grade 13.

Open House at the Fenelon Falls Tennis Club!
The Fenelon Falls Tennis Club (FFTC) are having an Open House on Saturday, May 28th from 10am to 2pm. The Ontario Tennis Association will be there with their “smash” cage, HiSports will have tennis equipment available for sale and a free BBQ will be offered for all attendees.

As mentioned last week, our major Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, May 28th at the Fenelon Fairgrounds in the Fenelon Agricultural Society Memorial Building. On Monday, May 30th we will be holding our second “in-person” meeting. It will start at 7:00 PM at the Fenelon Fairgrounds in the Fenelon Agricultural Society Memorial Building. Our meeting speaker will be sharing many insights into Indigenous plantings and there will also be three new baskets (tickets are one for $2.00 or 3 for $5.00) in our “Gifting For Gardeners” offerings.

From the Fenelon Falls Horticultural Society
We had our first in-person meeting since November 2019 this past Monday evening at the Seniors’ Club on Murray Street. Vaccinations were required and everyone in attendance masked and used the sanitizer provided. There were three happy winners of the “Gifting For Gardeners” baskets/packages and our presentation topic of “Ideas For Growing Vegetables” by Liz and Nick Case was informative and certainly timely. Many cool weather vegetables such as peas, radishes, spinach, cabbage, lettuce and many others can be planted now that the soil can be worked.
